This is a 60-minute private phone call. It is not video and it is not face-to-face.
We slow the situation down and examine what is happening materially, emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and intuitively. I bring intuitive and psychic insight, life and spiritual coaching, pattern recognition, and strategy into one conversation.
The strategy and next steps are built around your needs, your circumstances, your capacity, and what actually makes sense for your life.

Is The Guidance Office video?+
No. The Guidance Office is a 60-minute private phone call. It is not video or face-to-face.
Can we talk about more than one thing?+
We can follow the conversation where it genuinely needs to go, but the strongest sessions usually have one central situation or question holding the room together.
Will I receive the recording?+
Yes. Your session recording is included.
What does the follow-up include?+
You may send one follow-up email within 30 days of your session. I respond within 3–7 days.
What if I am late or somewhere noisy?+
If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, communicate with me. More than 10 minutes late without communication will result in rescheduling. Sessions also require a quiet, private environment.

Come somewhere quiet.
All live sessions must be taken from a quiet, private environment where you can focus, speak freely, and participate fully. This is non-negotiable.

Please do not multitask.
No driving, noisy public spaces, active errands, or environments where you cannot fully participate. If the environment is not suitable for the work, the session will be rescheduled.

Communicate if you are late.
If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late, communicate as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, your session will be rescheduled.
BOOKING TERMS
21+ only
Private services may be booked only by clients age 21 or older.
All sales are final
Services are nonrefundable once purchased.
Need to move your session?
48 hours notice is preferred. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for standard rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours
Late cancellations are not automatically eligible for rescheduling and may require a new booking, except at Hapii Sol’s discretion.
